All of our modular designs are hand-delivered to your door by expert couriers at a time of your choosing!

All Optimum designs are available for timed delivery on a day of your choice to your front door, Monday to Friday.
After placing your order you will be contacted directly by our distribution team, giving you the chance to choose a date for your delivery. Delivery of your new Optimum Modular stand will then take place on that date between 8am and 5.15pm.
To qualify for 48-hour delivery please make sure to place your order before 12pm. Orders placed between midday on Friday and 9am the following Monday will be processed on Monday morning.
Please refer to our shopping pages for more details on the size and weight of each design and make sure that you organise help with lifting if necessary!
All orders will be delivered by a one-man courier service to the most accessible entrance to the address given on placing your order. Please be aware that the courier will not bring the cabinet inside your home and that you will need to organise help with moving your new design into the correct room. For further delivery options or to discuss our terms please contact us directly by phone or email.
Items Not In Stock
Any items currently out of stock will be placed on back-order and will take an additional two to four weeks for delivery. We will contact you to confirm an accurate delivery date on receipt of stock.
Please note that due to the modular nature of our designs our stock control is based on the number of individual rods and glass sheets of different sizes and finishes available at any one time, and is subject to rapid change.
If an Optimum product is listed as in stock on our website but is missing an individual modular component we will notify you when arranging your delivery and the item will be placed on back order as above. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We adhere to distance selling regulations applicable in the United Kingdom. You can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 7 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.
To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture, please check the packaging on delivery before signing. If the box or packaging looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. We ask that you return the goods in the original packaging such as to prevent damage while waiting to be returned and in transit.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us in good (re-saleable) condition and at your own cost.
Please allow two weeks from your posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
